The breakfast spread was simple but satisfying and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Despite being located slightly outside of the city, it was convenient to have a nearby supermarket and a short walk to the metro station. We also enjoyed the authentic Japanese style of the hotel's architecture.
Our Christmas stay was unfortunately marred by the uncomfortable beds that left us with sore backs in the mornings. the noise from the plumbing in our room disturbed our sleep and we had to request to change rooms after two nights.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Asahibashi monorail station, which makes getting around easy. guests can enjoy Nami no ue Beach, which is just a short walk away. the hotel is located too close to a red light district, which might not be to everyone's liking.
The hotel's double room has a very small bed, and the luxury tatami room has an unpleasant smell that might not suit everyone.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing us with a map in English that detailed the nearby supermarkets, beaches, and Asahibashi monorail station. We liked that the hotel was not in the city centre but still close to all the important places and easy transportation. The hotel facilities were great! We loved the public bath, it was so relaxing after a day out. the clean rooms and free Wi-Fi made our stay very comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered fantastic Japanese options and we even had the choice to bring our own food. Plus, the hotel had private parking which was a blessing for us.
Cannot find any fault.

The room was tiny and cramped. There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room.
